ORDERS & RETURNS
All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost which will be quoted at the checkout. Delivery cost will then be subject to local courier cost on day of purchase. Please contact us directly if you require this service. If you are not 100% happy with your order you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it.
We recommend you use a tracked postal service to return goods as they are under your duty until they arrive back with us. We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact and complete the returns form supplied with your delivery. We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 days. Any order may be cancelled until the Buyer has received the Shipping Confirmation email.
If you're lucky enough to live abroad please contact us directly for shipping at email@example.com. We'll be happy to quote on a country to country basis.
Should there be anything wrong with your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavor to arrange speedy collection and replacement of your product(s). Aureum does not take responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item(s) using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s).
